Accommodation
Accommodation bookings - you will have the opportunity to book accommodation via the online registration process. The accommodation blocks held for the conference are only available via the online registration process. It is strongly recommended that you book your accommodation prior to Friday 11 August to ensure that you receive the negotiated conference rates. After this date, all remaining rooms will be released and bookings will be subject to hotel availability.
Inclusions - room prices will be GST inclusive, room-only and listed as per room, per night, based on single, twin or double occupancy, unless otherwise stated. Additional guests may incur extra charges.
Check-in and check-out times - standard check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Times may vary between hotels.
Payment and cancellation - you will need to provide credit card details at the time of booking, during the online registration process. Cancellation of rooms prior to Friday 11 August, will not incur cancellation fees. However, accommodation cancellations following this date may incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Any changes to accommodation should be made via the Conference Managers and not directly with the hotel.
